Caterpillar Plant Tours |

| Our local dealer, Ohio Cat, has made arrangements with Caterpillar for us to tour facilities in the Peoria, IL area including the Mapleton Foundry, Tractor Plant and Morton Parts Facility. Our general plans are to travel individually to Peoria on Sunday, March 4, and meet for dinner that evening. On Monday March 5, we will meet again in the morning to travel to the different locations for tours that will end by about 5:00PM. | TechFestTM is free family fun with science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Participate in approximately 70 hands-on experiences with STEM exhibits, demonstrations and games. Stage and theatre speakers, such as an NASA astronaut or an Air Force flight test pilot, an outstanding college professor, a classical guitar player and others deliver entertaining and informative talks on STEM topics. | A new design for an overexpanded single-cylinder spark-ignition internal combustion engine is being developed by Dr. Zavodney, Senior Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and senior mechanical engineering students at Cedarville University. This engine was designed to propel a high-mileage vehicle for international undergraduate collegiate competition in the SAE Supermileage Competition and the Shell Eco-Marathon Americas competition. Winning teams achieve over 2000 mpg in the prototype division using gasoline as fuel. |

Come fight the winter blahs and come to our annual Boonshoft Family Night. We'll have the whole museum to ourselves. Activities include animal presentations, shows in the planetarium, we'll be making an AWIM project again this year and all the usual Boonshoft exhibits. Pizza from the Pizza Factory, drink, and cookies for dinner. |

Covered Bridge Rally |

| This event will be a time oriented drive with the objective being to arrive at the ideal time. You will be given a written route to drive through the countryside and you should drive exactly the speed limit to arrive at the correct time. Although GPS units are not allowed, you can bring as many navigators as you want, or can tolerate (no arguments are allowed). This is a great opportunity for a family event or to work with that new driver in your family. You do not need to have a special vehicle to participate but it would be fun to see your special vehicle there if you have one. The drive will last about two hours and go about 65 miles through several covered bridges. We will end the drive in Camden, Ohio at the intersections State Routes 127 and 725 where we will have lunch. |
